Step 2: The $500 Refundable Deposit
Ready to move forward? A $500 refundable deposit reserves your build slot and locks in your model, trim, and configuration. Because it's fully refundable, it functions more like a place-in-line reservation than a down payment — you're not locked in if your plans change before your unit is built.
Step 3: Financing or Paying Direct
Black Series offers factory-direct financing at 8.99–11.74% APR depending on credit and term, alongside dealer financing options. Whichever route you choose, your sales contact will walk you through the numbers before final payment is due — there's no obligation to finalize financing at the deposit stage.
Step 4: Build & Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery runs 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, shipped nationwide from our facility in Upland, CA. Timelines can shift with trim complexity and current order volume, so your sales contact will give you a firm window once your build is scheduled — and will keep you posted if anything changes.
Step 5: Delivery Day
When your trailer arrives, take the time to walk through it before signing off: check the water system, battery and solar readout, appliances, and exterior for any transit damage. This is also the moment to register your warranty — every Black Series ships with 1-year comprehensive coverage, a 15-year structural warranty, and a lifetime warranty on the A-frame chassis.
