How to Buy a Black Series Trailer Direct
Black Series sells factory-direct from Upland, California. There is no dealer margin between our price and yours. This page explains exactly what you pay, what happens after you place a deposit, and what we need from you along the way — so there are no surprises at delivery.
What it costs
Three numbers make up the price of a new Black Series trailer, and only three:

There is no documentation fee, no preparation fee, and no destination surcharge. The only additional costs are sales tax, title, registration, and licensing, which are set by your state and paid to your state — not to us.

The five steps
- Choose your model and edition. Compare the eight models on the lineup and pricing page. If you are not sure your truck can tow it, run the tow match calculator first.
- Place a $500 deposit. It holds your build slot while we confirm your configuration. The deposit is refundable at any time before delivery — call or email and we return it, no questions and no restocking charge. Reserve now.
- Confirm your configuration and price. A specialist calls you within one business day with a written quote listing the trailer, edition, delivery, and your estimated tax. Nothing is built or shipped until you approve that quote in writing.
- Arrange payment and financing. Pay in full, or finance through My Financing USA, our RV lending partner. They handle the application and set your rate and term based on your credit — we do not mark it up. Trading in your current trailer? See how trade-ins work.
- Take delivery. Typical lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from approved order to delivery. In-stock units ship sooner; custom configurations can take longer in peak season. Collect in Upland, or we deliver to your address for the flat $2,880.
What happens at delivery
- Every trailer completes a documented 300-point pre-delivery inspection before it leaves Upland.
- We walk you through the trailer — in person if you collect, or by scheduled video call if we deliver — covering the power system, water system, hitching, and winterization.
- You receive the title documents, your owner’s manuals, and your warranty registration link.
- Inspect the trailer on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours. This is important — it is how we recover from the carrier on your behalf.
Title, registration, and insurance
We issue the title documents at delivery. You register and title the trailer in your own state, and pay sales tax to your state at that time. Most states require proof of insurance to register. If you are financing, your lender will require insurance in place before funding.
Before you place a deposit
Read the preorder agreement. It is the binding document covering deposits, estimated delivery dates, cancellation, and dispute resolution. Our shipping policy and refund policy apply as well.

Who finances Black Series trailers?
We work with My Financing USA for RV loans. They set the rate and term based on your credit and the amount financed. You are welcome to use your own bank or credit union instead.
