Every new Black Series trailer is backed by our factory warranty and a US-based service team in Upland, California. This page explains what is covered and how to make a claim — so you know what to expect before you buy.

Warranty coverage at a glance

1-Year Comprehensive factory warranty — covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use across the trailer.
15-Year Structural warranty — long-term coverage of the trailer's structure.
Lifetime A-Frame chassis warranty — the A-frame is covered for the life of the trailer.

The warranty covers manufacturer defects; it does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear items.

How to file a warranty claim

Register your trailer on our warranty registration page after delivery.
Submit a claim through our warranty service support page, or call (833) 822-6737 or email info@blackseries.net with your VIN and photos of the issue.
Our Upland, California service team will review your claim and coordinate the repair with you.
