TH22 questions, answered
How much does the Black Series TH22 cost? The TH22 starts at $69,899 for the Base edition. Yellow Stone adds $15,000 and Rocky Mountain adds $30,000. Delivery is a flat $2,880 in the continental U.S., or free pickup in Upland, California.
How much does the TH22 weigh? 6,847 lb dry with a 10,000 lb GVWR on tandem axles. With a loaded garage, plan on the GVWR when you size a tow vehicle.
What truck do I need to tow a TH22? A three-quarter-ton pickup. A loaded toy hauler carries more tongue weight than a travel trailer, which is what runs a half-ton out of payload. Check your truck.
How is the TH22 different from the TH19? The 2027 guide lists a 22 ft interior for TH22 versus 19 ft for TH19. Both Base editions have a 200 Ah battery bank. Confirm usable garage dimensions for your equipment. Read the comparison.
How many people does the TH22 sleep? Six, with full living quarters, indoor and outdoor kitchens, and R16 spray-foam insulation for four-season use.
