Trading In Your Current Trailer

Yes, we take trade-ins. If you already own a camper, travel trailer, or toy hauler — Black Series or any other brand — we will value it and apply that value against your new trailer, which lowers the amount you need to pay or finance.

How it works

1. Tell us what you have. Send year, make, model, VIN, mileage or years of use, and honest photos of the exterior, interior, roof, and undercarriage. Email info@blackseries.net or call (833) 822-6737.
2. We give you a valuation. You'll hear back within 24 hours on business days, and most valuations are confirmed within a couple of business days. The figure is based on model, age, condition, and current market demand.
3. We confirm on inspection. The valuation is subject to physical inspection at delivery or collection. If the trailer matches what you described, the number does not change.
4. The value comes off your purchase. Your trade value is applied to the price of your new Black Series, reducing what you pay or finance.

What we look at

• Year, make, model, and floorplan
• Structural condition — chassis, frame, and any evidence of water intrusion
• Roof and sealant condition
• Working condition of appliances, plumbing, and the electrical and solar systems
• Tires, suspension, and brakes
• Interior wear, damage, and modifications
• Clear title in your name, with any lien payoff documented

Be straightforward about condition. An accurate description up front means the number we quote is the number you get.

If your trailer has a loan on it

That is normal and it is not a problem. Send us your current payoff amount and lender along with the details above, and we'll confirm exactly how the payoff is handled in your written quote. If your trade value exceeds the payoff, the difference goes toward your new trailer. If the payoff exceeds the value, the difference can usually be rolled into your new financing — ask your lender, or see how financing works.

Can I trade in from out of state?

Yes. For delivered orders, the trade inspection and collection are arranged around your delivery — we'll confirm the exact logistics in your written quote.
