Most off-road trailers are built for two. If you have five or six people to put to bed, the options narrow fast, and the ones that remain are often conventional stick-and-tin bunkhouses that cannot leave the pavement. Three Black Series models are built for big crews and rough roads, and they solve the problem in different ways.
| Model | Sleeps | Beds | Bathroom | Dry / GVWR | Starting price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HQ17 | 5 | Queen bed, two bunks, convertible lounge | Fiberglass wet bath | 6,000 / 10,000 lb | $59,899 |
| TH19 | 6 | Queen bed, four bunks | Fiberglass wet bath | 6,172 / 10,000 lb | $59,899 |
| TH22 | 6 | Full living quarters plus garage | Full bathroom | 6,847 / 10,000 lb | $69,899 |
The HQ17 is the pure travel-trailer answer for five: a queen bed for the adults, two bunks for kids, and a lounge that converts for a fifth. It keeps the 17-ft interior compact enough to tow and park, adds a 13-ft electric awning for outdoor living, and carries the full off-grid package: 400Ah lithium, 600W solar, a 2,000W inverter, and 63 gallons of fresh water. It is the model we recommend to families who do not need to haul machines. Compare with the HQ21 family guide.
Four bunks plus a queen make the TH19 the highest-capacity Black Series at the HQ17's price. The garage carries bikes, an ATV, or simply the mountain of gear six people bring; unloaded, it is a mudroom and a play space when the weather turns. Standard power is 200Ah lithium with 600W solar, so families who run the air conditioner off-grid should look at the Yellow Stone edition. TH19 vs TH22.
Three feet longer, tandem axles, a full bathroom, and a 400Ah battery bank make the TH22 the model for families of six who want the toy hauler layout with more living space and more separation between the sleeping area and the garage. It is the heaviest of the three loaded, so plan on a three-quarter-ton truck. Toy hauler vs travel trailer.
Five people and no toys: HQ17. Six people, or bikes and machines: TH19 at the same price, or the TH22 for more room. Compare all eight models or request a quote.
